No, it's a holographic card, so it doesn't scan well. Plus there's other crud ontop of the image. Instead of submitting those as scans, I just vector them. D: But there's a mini version from Broccoli's site that you can preview:

XD Haha, yea. I have a mountain of downloaded KHR doujin...most are D18 (I'll download anything with Dino). The crack ones are my favorites. I saw that panel was like 'Pfft! Facepalm. B)'.

^^ I have Hibari's card, so I could do his vector too. He's not quite as fun to look at though. He's sitting on a beach chair, reading a book, in his school uniform. XD And it cuts off in every direction, so there'd probably be some 'creative redrawing' on my part.

it wasnt much of a change just added one more4 hair strain wich balanced the head thats all

I think people were/are primarily complaining about the ocean. I think, anyway, since the rest isn't blurry so much as just undefined.
